The Associate of Applied Science degree of Graphic Design prepares students for a wide range of entry-level computer graphics careers. Courses are taught in both Windows and Mac environments to give students a cross-platform experience so they are comfortable working with either system. Graphic design courses include experience with software for print media, multimedia, and web design.

A major focus of the program is to incorporate graphic design skills with computer technology and business skills. The blending of information from these three areas provides students a well-rounded background for in-house marketing and design for businesses and organizations, entrepreneurial endeavors, or work in design studios and advertising agencies.
